1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 7s.com ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 7s.com website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 7s.com. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify 7s.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7s.com reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7s.com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported payment methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as may be made available from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your 7s.com wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 7s.com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 7s.com reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to verified accounts in the player's name. • Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using 7s.com:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or negatively affects other players' experience.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7s.com platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 7s.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from 7s.com without prior written consent.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Termination

7s.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 7s.com support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 7s.com's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 7s.com will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.
